I am exempt from VAT, so the prices listed are final. They cover design, development and deployment to the server - excluding domain and hosting costs, which are billed according to the provider's price list.

The prices listed cover the service itself and are final (I am exempt from VAT). You pay for the domain and the email subscription (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) according to the provider's price list - I do not add any markup.
